August 2nd marked a historic day in Sweden as thousands of believers came together in downtown Stockholm to worship Jesus. KIN helped convene worship events in Paris and in San Paulo as well on the same day.

The event was birthed by a collective of partners, but the vision came from God. A couple years ago, as Christoffer Ahlback was finishing up a lunch with his friend, they were on their way to the metro in Stockholm, when he had a vision. The vision: thousands of people worshipping Jesus in downtown Stockholm.
As the months went by, the vision kept coming to his mind, and he felt that 2025 was the year to launch it. And on August 2, 2025 the event was hosted at Kungsträdgården, with nine hours of worshipping Jesus. Thousands of people came through
The Kingdom Impact Network supported this event through financial sponsorship, and in coordinating with our partners in Paris, France, as well in San Paulo, Brazil. These partners organized their own street worship events on the same day.
The street worship movement is something that the Lord is breathing on in different cities around the world. For example, earlier this year, thousands of young people began gathering on Avenue Paulista - the busiest street in San Paulo, Brazil, to worship the Lord. This movement was not a one time event, but continued every Sunday for a while, and now happens every single Friday night on Avenue Paulista.

In Paris, where KIN is headquartered, a local ministry called Street Worship Music, began a few years ago on a holiday called Fete de la Musique, which is an international French speaking holiday that celebrates music and culture. This is the one day that anyone can play music virtually anywhere. A group of friends got together and decided to worship in front of Notre Dame, and hence Street Worship Music was born. Now this ministry goes around Paris regularly doing ministry and street worship.
But like the street worship movement, Street Worship Music in Paris is not able to be contained in one city. Earlier this spring, they had a tour called the Overflow Tour, where because of demand from young believers around France, they embarked on a 8-city tour, teaching and giving worshops on the ins and outs of doing public street worship in France.
KIN is excited that the Lord is moving through this unique vehicle, and are happy to support these movements as we are able. As we launch our Creative Expression Fund, we're looking for investors and donors to support projects like this, which we believe will accelerate the kingdom in many amazing ways as people encounter the presence of the Holy Spirit on the streets of cities around the world.
