Join KIN as we establish the

Kingdom Development Fund

"Equipping the Called"

The Kingdom Development Fund exists to invest in the people who lead, serve, and shepherd within the Church and mission field. It provides scholarships, stipends, and training opportunities for ministers, missionaries, and faith-based staff seeking to grow in their calling.

Increasing the skills of workers to

Fulfill their Calling

When a missionary receives trauma-informed care training… when a young pastor gets to finish seminary… when a ministry leader returns from sabbatical renewed and restored—that’s the Kingdom Development Fund at work. Your giving builds up the people who build the Kingdom.

About the Kingdom Development Fund

Missionaries, pastors, and ministry staff are often expected to lead without the resources or time for their own development. Burnout is high, and access to quality training or rest is often limited by financial constraints. KIN's response is the Kingdom Development Fund, which is our way of saying:

“We believe in your calling—and we want to invest in you.”

We believe that those called to serve the Kingdom should not be hindered by lack of access to training or resources. The Kingdom Development Fund is an investment in the lifelong learning and spiritual formation of Kingdom leaders—because when leaders grow, the entire Body is strengthened.

Types of Projects Supported:

  • Continuing education or theological training

  • Leadership development programs

  • Sabbaticals, coaching, or spiritual formation retreats

  • Conference and certification attendance

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
